POSTAL DELAYS

February 15, 2024

JCRW is aware that some members have been receiving their monthly billing statements later than normal or not at all. JCRW's bill processing cycle typically has the printed bill statements available to the United States Postal Service for delivery by the 25th of each month (give or take a day or two for weekends and holidays).

The due date for water bill payments is the 15th of every month. Late fees are applied the 16th at 8AM each month. A late penalty can be waived once every 12 months with an excellent payment history.
