LOST WATER BILLS IN ST. LOUIS POST OFFICE FOR MARCH 15, 2025

March 07, 2025

Unfortunately it appears that yet again all 5,057 water bills that were sent out on February 26, 2025 have been lost at the St. Louis Post Office.  We have made exhaustive complaints to every avenue possible about this ongoing issue for several years now to no avail.  If you would like to add your voice to the issue the customer service number for the Post Office is 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

Remember you can always look up your bill after registering your account on the website and you do have the option to print one out.   You are of course welcome to call our office at 618-498-9534 for your total as well.

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.
