Payment Options

Jersey County Rural Water, Inc. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Any amount remaining unpaid 10 days after due date will be subject to shut off. Customer will receive reminder if 5 days late. If 10 days late, $65.00 will be charged. Water will be shut off 11th day past due.

Pay Your Bill Now 

Online Bill Pay

You may pay your bill 24/7 on this website.  We accept all major credit cards.  You may set your account up for autopay through the website using your debit or credit card. You may also view metered consumption information or check account balance without paying your bill online.  Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located above to get started. 

Phone Pay

Call 833-748-5734 to make your phone payment.  You will need your account number and will be required to verify your service address.

Auto-Pay from your Debit, Credit Card or Checking Account

Set up your Auto-Pay from your debit card, credit card or checking account through the website!  You will need your JCRW account number and the amount of your last payment the first time you log in.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your bill stub. To avoid late fees, please remember that there are currently extreme delays when using the postal service. 

Pay In Person

You may pay your bill in person at the JCRW office. We accept cash, check, money orders, credit cards and debit cards.
